About Us
S.F.Massage And Therapies  (SFMT) is  a new company  focused on our clients  holistic health and wellbeing. It was founded in 2007 by Sandra Francis ITEC CThA.

  Our aim is to encourage and support our clients good health and wellbeing by offering a variety of  holistic treatments. Sandra has worked with many people over the last four years and completed in excess of 50 case studies to date. Sandra trained with ITEC and completed her Diploma in Anatomy & Physiology, Holistic Massage and Proffessional Conduct and Business Awareness in 2006.  Aswell as her ITEC diploma Sandra is also qualified in Reiki, Indian Head Massage, and Crystal Reiki, she is currently training with ITEC for her Diploma in Reflexology. Sandra is a member of  the Complimentary Therapists Association CThA and Embody Insurance.

In todays society the effect of stress on the whole person (this is what is meant by holistic) can be seriously underestimated.This was the main reason for the founding of S.F.Massage and Therapies.Sandra was made redundant in 2003 from a good job at which point she took her first course in Reiki this started her interest in all areas of holistic therapies. During 2002 she helped look after a family member while they successfully recovered from cancer.  Sandra's first hand experience of stressful situations means she can empathise with clients suffering from all types of stress. Since January 2004 Sandra has worked in a pharmacy where she has completed the sales of medicines course, and attended a smoking cessation training day, while also completeing  her ITEC training in the evenings and at weekends.SFMT is based in and around the Buckinghamshire and Berkshire area.
